Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for custom work delivered under a paid engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party components or open-source licences incorporated in the deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have rights to any materials, data, or content you supply to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete inputs may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of EpocketPay.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees for services are as quoted in proposals or invoices. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the specific service agreement. Deposits for commenced work are generally non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project, except where disclosure is required by law or with the other party’s written consent.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services but provide our website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpocketPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EpocketPay for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EpocketPay, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
